Notice of General Meeting
Mears has today posted a Circular to Shareholders ("Circular") incorporating a Notice of a General Meeting ("GM") of the Company to be held at the offices of Investec, 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP on Friday 3rd July 2009 at 11.00am to consider amendments to the Rules of the Mears Group PLC 2007 Special Incentive Plan (the ''SIP'').
Copies of the Circular, notice of meeting and proxy card have been sent to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection shortly at the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority, which is situated at:
