PROPOSED NEW LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
Notice of General Meeting and Proxy Form
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford"), a leading global finance firm focused on law, announces that a Notice of General Meeting outlining details of its new Long Term Incentive Plan, together with a Proxy Form, have been sent to shareholders.
The General Meeting will be held at Ground Floor, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WW at 2.00 pm on 15 December 2016.
