Zoopla Property Group Plc ("Company") - Notice of General Meeting

Zoopla Property Group Plc ("Company") has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism (www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM) its notice of a General Meeting (as required by Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3).

The General Meeting is being held for shareholders to consider a revised Remuneration Policy and to approve a new long-term incentive plan, known as the Zoopla Property Group Plc Value Creation Plan, as announced on 12 August 2015.

The General Meeting will be held on Thursday 1 October 2015 at 12 noon at the offices of the Company at Harlequin Building 3rd floor, 65 Southwark Street, London, SE1 0HR.
