Whitbread PLC yesterday published a circular containing a Notice of General Meeting to consider a revised Directors' Remuneration Policy.

The Notice of General Meeting and various documents referred to in it have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. 

The Notice of General Meeting and related proxy information can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.whitbread.co.uk.

The Company's General Meeting will be held at Plaisterers' Hall, 1 London Wall, Barbican, London, EC2Y 5JU on Friday 6 December 2019 at 2.00 pm.
