The Company announces that the General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Thomas Eggar LLP, Confucius & Plato Rooms, 14 New Street, London, EC2M 4HE at 2.30 p.m. on 28 June 2013 (or as soon thereafter as the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 2.30 p.m. on the same day and at the same place has been closed).

Fastjet has today posted the Notice of General Meeting and Proxy Form to shareholders.
