Wolf Minerals Limited ("Wolf" or the "Company"), the specialty mineral exploration and development company, announces that, pursuant to the placing announced on 29 May 2012, it has today sent to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting incorporating an explanatory statement and independent expert's report. The General Meeting is being convening at 11.30 a.m. Western Standard Time on 16 July 2012 at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth, WA 6005, Australia.

The purpose of the General Meeting is to, inter alia, approve the issue of shares under the terms of the placing to Resource Capital Fund V ("RCF") and Traxys Projects LP ("Traxys") and approve RCF increasing its shareholding to over 20% of the issued share capital of the Company.
