Notice of General Meeting
Further to the announcement this morning regarding the cancellation and convening of a new General Meeting of Gulfsands Petroleum Plc ("Gulfsands" or the "Company"), the Company announces that the new meeting will take place at the offices of Buchanan (3rd Floor, 107 Cheapside, EC2V 6DN, London) at 3pm GMT on Tuesday 3 February 2015.
The Company will be despatching the requisite Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy to all shareholders as soon as possible.
