Notice of General Meeting

Sealand (LSE: SCGL) announces that it has today published a circular (the "Circular") containing a notice convening a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting").

The General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 26 March 2026 at the office of Hill Dickinson LLP at The 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW.

At the General Meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider and, if thought fit, pass:

· Resolution 1 (Ordinary): increase the Company's authorised share capital from 6,560,000,000 shares of £0.0001 each to 30,000,000,000 shares of £0.0001 each;

· Resolution 2 (Ordinary): grant the Directors authority to allot shares and grant rights up to an aggregate nominal amount of £2,700,000, expiring on the first anniversary of the General Meeting (26 March 2027); and

· Resolution 3 (Special): disapply pre-emption rights (in accordance with Article 6 of the Company's articles) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £2,700,000, expiring on the first anniversary of the General Meeting (26 March 2027).

The Circular and notice convening the General Meeting, has been posted to all registered shareholders. A form of proxy for holders of ordinary shares is enclosed with the Circular.

Copies of the Circular will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism and will also be made available on the Company's website at https://www.sealandcapitalgalaxy.com/investors.
