Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

The Company announces that a Circular will be sent to shareholders today convening a General Meeting of the Company to be held on 4 December at 10.30 am at the offices of the Company at Temple Fields, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2BH at which the Company is seeking approval to change its name to "Synthomer plc".

The Circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Circular may also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.yulecatto.com.
