Notice of General Meeting/Date of Trading Update
First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), (the "Company"), the media, entertainment and events group, announces that it has mailed to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting to be held on 12 February 2010 at 4.00pm at the offices of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc, Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.
Pursuant to rule 26 the Notice of General Meeting will be available on the Company's website at www.firstartist.com/investor-notices.asp.
A trading update will be issued by the Company on the morning of 12 February 2010.
