Notice of General Meeting and Holding in Company

On 2 March 2010, Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") was notified via the filing of a Form 605 with ASX that Polo Australasia Limited had ceased to be a substantial shareholder (as defined by the Corporations Act) of the Company as at 26 February 2010, having disposed of the 14.1 million shares previously held.

Berkeley also wishes to advise that a Notice of General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and is also available from the Company's website (www.berkeleyresources.com.au). The General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Plaza Level, BGC Centre, 28 The Esplanade Perth, Western Australia on Thursday, 1 April 2010 at 10.00am (WST).
