Notice of General Meeting
On 19 November 2008 the Company announced an agreement relating to a farm-out of part of its interest in the Ravninnoe Contract Area to Canamens Energy BV. As stated in that announcement should Canamen's elect to acquire a stake of 20% of the Ravninnoe Contract Area from Roxi, such a disposal is conditional on approval by Roxi shareholders under the AIM Rules.
The Company has today posted a circular convening a general meeting of shareholders of the Company seeking shareholder approval to dispose of part of its interest in the Contract Area, to be held at The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London EC3N 4QN on 22 December at 10am.
