Notice of General Meeting
Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the AIM and Aktietorget traded mineral exploration company, which owns several exploration projects in Sweden, announces that a formal notice of General Meeting ("GM"), to be held at the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel, Granta Place, Cambridge, CB2 1RT at 11.30 a.m. on 28 December 2010, was sent to shareholders on 4 December 2010. The purpose of the GM is to seek shareholder approval to update the relevant board authorities to allot the Company's shares.
