The General Meeting is to be held at the offices ofSanlam Securities UK Limited at 10 King William Street, London EC4N 7TW at10.30 a.m. on 6 September 2013 (or, if later, immediately following the closeof the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 6September 2013 at the same address). The Resolutions in the Notice seek additional authorities to those being soughtat the Company's Annual General Meeting for the directors to allot ordinaryshares and to dis-apply Shareholders' pre-emption rights in respect of theissue of shares for cash.
