Notice of general meeting

Journey Group, a leading provider of catering services and in-flight products to the international airline and travel industries, gives notice that a general meeting of the Company will be held at 11am on 21 December 2015 at Building One, The Square, Southall Lane, Southall Middlesex, UB2 5NH (the "GM").

The purpose of the GM is to seek shareholder approval to implement a share buy-back programme for the Company to purchase up to an additional 689,932 ordinary shares in the Company. This follows the completion of the Company's previous share buy-back programme, further details of which were announced on 14 October 2015 and 18 November 2015.

A notice of GM will be posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available from the Company's website, http://www.journeygroup.plc.uk/, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
