Notice of General Meeting

Wolf Minerals Limited ("Wolf" or the "Company"), the specialty mineral exploration and development company, announces that, pursuant to the bridge funding and royalty agreement announced on the 8th December and the placing announced on 21 December 2012, it has today sent to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting incorporating an explanatory statement and independent expert's report. The General Meeting is being convening at 11.00 a.m. Western Standard Time on 24 January 2013 at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth, WA 6005, Australia.

The purpose of the General Meeting is to approve the bridge funding and a royalty sale to RCF and, inter alia, approve the issue of shares under the terms of the placing to Resource Capital Fund V ("RCF"), TTI (NZ) Limited and Traxys Projects LP ("Traxys").
