The General Meeting is to be held at the Company'soffices, Dixcart House, Sir William Place, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GX at11 a.m. on 8 January 2014. The Resolutions in the Notice seek additional authorities to those sought atthe Company's last Annual General Meeting for the directors to allot ordinaryshares and to dis-apply Shareholders' pre-emption rights in respect of theissue of shares for cash.
