Andes, the Latin American energy group, announces that a circular containing a notice of general meeting of shareholders convened for the purposes of approving authorities to allot shares and to be held at the offices of Nabarro LLP at Lacon House, 84 Theobald's Road, London WC1X 8RW on 28 March 2011 at 10.00 a.m. was yesterday posted to shareholders.
