Notice of General Meeting
The Board of RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, announces, further to its notification of 7 November 2025 (the "Notification"), that the Company is convening a General Meeting of shareholders to be held at the offices of Druces LLP, 99 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NG on 27 November 2025 at 11.00 am (the "GM"). The notice of the GM, will be added to the Company's website (https://investorhub.rentguarantor.com/) and will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy.
The principal business proposed at the GM will be the approval of the issue of new equity set out in the Notification.
Update on Secondary sale of existing shares
Following increased demand since the Notification, Southpaw Ltd, a company controlled by Paul Foy, RentGuarantor's CEO and Founder has now agreed to sell 3,180,000 existing ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.5p per Ordinary Share, conditional on the criteria set out in the Notification. A further announcement will be made, following the GM, to confirm the sale of these existing Ordinary Shares by Southpaw Ltd.
