Notification of Full Year 2019 Results

(London & Dubai, 3 April 2020) ADES International Holding PLC ("ADES" or the "Company"), a leading oil & gas drilling and production services provider in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), will announce its full year results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2019 on Tuesday 7 April 2020.

The release date has been set in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's directive for a two-week moratorium on the publication of preliminary statements of account, which ends on 5 April 2020.
