MD MEDICAL GROUP TO ANNOUNCE FY 2014 IFRS FINANCIAL RESULTS ON 23 MARCH

18 March 2015, Moscow - MD Medical Group Investments Plc ("MD Medical Group", "MDMG" or the "Company" - LSE: MDMG), Russia's leading provider of private women's and children's healthcare, announces that it will publish its financial results under international financial reporting standards ("IFRS") for the twelve months ended 31 December 2014, on Monday, 23 March 2015.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts on the same day at 5.30 pm Moscow time (2.30 pm London; 10.30 am New York).
