Notice of full year 2011 IFRS results and management conference-call

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it will publish its audited consolidated financial results under International financial reporting standards for the year ended December 31, 2011 on April 26, 2012.
