MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, is pleased to confirm that it will announce its Full Year Results for the 12 months to 31 December 2025 on Wednesday 4 March 2026.

Moni Borovitz, Chief Executive Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the Group's Full Year Results via the Group's investor website at 10.00 UK time on 12 March 2026. Moni Borovitz, CEO of MTI, said: "As recently announced, our trading performance in 2025 was strong, including revenues crossing the $50m threshold for the first time and profit from operations up approximately 30% against the prior year and earnings per share significantly ahead of existing market expectations. The business continues to benefit from the global increase in government defence spending alongside positive macro trends in water management and 5G roll-out, including growing demand for our ABS® antenna solution.

As part of our commitment to all stakeholders, we have sought to enhance our communication with investors by providing more direct insight into MTI's performance, the markets in which we operate, and our future commercial objectives. To support this, we have invested in the development of our own website, to enable closer dialogue and offer a more effective platform for investors to engage with. The presentation on 12 March 2026 will be the Company's first in-house investor presentation, via our recently launched Investor Hub."
