Emblaze Ltd ('Emblaze' or 'the Company') NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Ra'anana, Israel - 11 February 2009: Further to the Company's statement of 9 February 2009, Emblaze announces that it has posted the notice of an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") together with a letter from the Chairman of the Company to shareholders.
The EGM will take place on 18 March 2009 (instead of 17 March 2009) at 4pm (London time) at the Mozart Suite, Level 4, Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS.
The letter to shareholders contains the background to the EGM, a description of the achievements of the existing Directors and an explanation as to why the Board unanimously recommends that shareholders vote against the resolution to be considered at the EGM.
