NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF OFFER
To: Royalco Resources Limited (Royalco);
ASX Limited (ASX); and
Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).
Anglo Pacific Group plc's subsidiary Starmont Ventures Pty Ltd (Anglo Pacific) has made an offer under an unconditional market offer for all of the ordinary shares in Royalco, as set out in its Bidder's Statement dated 13 May 2009 (Offer).
Anglo Pacific gives notice, in accordance with section 649C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), that the Offer period has been extended until 2:00 pm Perth time, 4:00 pm Sydney time, on Friday 10 July 2009.
Anglo Pacific gives notice under ASX Listing Rule 3.2 that:
as at 13 May 2009 (the date the Offer was announced and the date the first offers were made under the bid), Anglo Pacific and its associates had a relevant interest of 20.1% in Royalco's ordinary shares; and
as at the date of this notice Anglo Pacific and its associates had a relevant interest of 20.2% in Royalco's ordinary shares.
