Timestrip PLC28 March 2006 Timestrip plc ("the Company") Notice of Exercise of Warrant The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of a warrant instrumentissued on 28 January 2005 ("Warrant Instrument"), it has written to thewarrantholders to give notice that with effect from the close of business on 24March 2006 the Middle Market Price of the Ordinary Shares of the Company had notbeen less than 8 pence per share for a consecutive period of 30 days. TheCompany is exercising its right pursuant to clause 1.4 of the Warrant Instrumentto give notice to the warrantholders that the warrants granted pursuant to theWarrant Instrument are to expire if not exercised before 27 April 2006.
