Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
The Company announces that a Circular has been sent to shareholders today convening a General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29 June 2011 at 12.00 noon at the offices of the Company at Temple Fields, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2BH at which the Company is seeking approval for the introduction of the Yule Catto & Co plc 2011 Performance Share Plan.
The Circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Circular may also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.yulecatto.com.
