Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) notifies that on 16 January 2020, its Board of Directors resolved to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") on 26 March 2020. The EGM will be held at 11:00 am Moscow Time at the Company's offices, located at 19 Oruzheiniy pereulok, Moscow, Russian Federation.

The agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders comprises the following matters:

1. The early termination of the term of the current members of the Company's Board of Directors.

2. The election of a new Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer.

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the EGM is 28 January 2020.

Supporting materials related to the agenda of the EGM will be published on the Company's website www.trcont.com not later than 26 February 2020.
