Posting of Circular and Notice of EGM
The Board of Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") has today issued a notice to its Shareholders to consider a special resolution to change the name of the Company to Sirius Real Estate Limited.
Notice of the General Meeting of the Company to be held at Martello Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HB on 10th October 2008, together with proxy cards have today been dispatched to Shareholders. The Board unanimously recommends Shareholders to vote in favor of the resolution to be proposed at the General Meeting, as they intend to do in respect of their own beneficial holdings and holdings over which they exercise voting control.
