NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Further to the announcement on 1 February 2010, a Notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at The Mandeville Hotel, Mandeville Place, London W1U 2BE on Monday, 15th March 2010 at 10.00 am to approve a suspension of the borrowing limits in the Company's Articles of Association by way of an ordinary resolution, has been posted to shareholders today.

Copies of the Booklet containing the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
