Cardinal Resources plc27 February 2007 CARDINAL EGM TO BE RE-CONVENED FOR 27 MARCH 2007 LONDON - 27 February 2007 Cardinal Resources plc (AIM:CDL) ("Cardinal" or "the Company"), an independentoil and gas production and exploration company operating in Ukraine, todayannounces that it has become aware that the Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany proposed to take place on 8th March 2007 was convened on insufficientnotice under the Company's Articles of Association. Accordingly, in order toavoid any dispute as to the validity of the EGM, it will not take place on 8thMarch as previously notified and Cardinal will dispatch to shareholders as soonas practicable a new notice convening the EGM at 10.00am on 27th March 2007 atThe Grange City Hotel, 8-14 Coopers Row, London EC3N 2BQ.
