Publication of Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Further to the announcement on 18 September 2015, in which UDG Healthcare PLC ("UDG") announced that it had entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of certain assets, including United Drug Supply Chain Services businesses that form part of UDG's Supply Chain Services Division; and MASTA Business, which forms part of the Ashfield Commercial & Medical Services Division to McKesson, for an aggregate cash consideration of €407.5 million on a cash and debt free basis (the "Disposal"), UDG announces that the circular relating to the Disposal (the "Circular") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will be sent to shareholders shortly.
The Circular contains a notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to approve the Disposal. The EGM will be held at 12 noon on 13 October 2015 at The Clyde Court Hotel, Lansdowne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The Circular is available for inspection on the investor relations section of the Company's website: www.udghealthcare.com/investor-centre.
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
