Posting of EGM notice
The Company announces that the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of members has been posted to shareholders today for the purposes of amending its Memorandum of Incorporation, adopting new Articles of Incorporation and providing the Company with authority to purchase its own shares, within certain parameters. The meeting will be held at the registered office of the Company at Investec House, La Plaiderie, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3BJ at 11am on 20 November 2008.
