First Artist Corporation PLC06 August 2007 First Artist Corporation plc (the "Company") Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) has today mailed to shareholders noticeof an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company to be held at 11 amon 30 August 2007 at First Artist House, 87 Wembley Hill Road, Wembley,Middlesex HA9 8BU. The meeting has been convened in order to approve the special resolutions ofwhich shareholders voted in favour at the EGM held on 22 December 2006. TheCompany has since been advised that these special resolutions may be invalid fortechnical reasons and therefore further approval is now sought. Shareholders arealso being asked to ratify all actions taken by the Company and its Directors inreliance on the resolutions. An amendment to the Articles of Associationconcerning notice of general meetings is also proposed.
