Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting in relation to the proposed disposal of Greencore Malt
Further to the announcement dated 11 February 2010 regarding the proposed disposal of Greencore Malt, (the 'Disposal'), Greencore Group plc (the 'Company') announces that a circular has been posted to shareholders of the Company today.
The circular gives further details of the Disposal and contains a notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the Disposal (the 'EGM'). The EGM will be held at The Westbury Hotel, Grafton Street, Dublin 2, Ireland at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 9 March 2010.
A copy of the circular has been forwarded to the Irish Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the following addresses:
