Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Berkeley Group Holdings plc ("Berkeley" or the "Company") announces that Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and EGM Form of Proxy (the "Documents") have today been posted to shareholders.

The EGM will be held on 23 February 2017 at 2.00pm at The Woodlands Park Hotel, Woodlands Lane, Stoke D'Abernon, Cobham, Surrey KT11 3QB.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Documents has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
