Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Posting of Open Offer Circular
eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, confirms that, as it announced on 7 June 2016, it has today sent a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting to Shareholders and holders of Depositary Interests. The Company has also today sent an Open Offer Circular (the "Circular") to all holders of Depository Interests and to those Shareholders eligible to participate in the Open Offer.
