Eastern European Property Fund Limited ("the Company")
AGM, EGM and Half Yearly Financial Statements Posted and Available on website
The Company announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Circular to Shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") have been posted to Shareholders today.
The EGM will consider proposals to amend the Company's investment policy and to amend the management and performance fees currently payable by the Company.
Both meetings will be held at the registered office of the Company commencing at 10.00 a.m. on 29 October 2010.
The Half Yearly Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2010 have also been posted to Shareholders today.
