Notice of EGM
Further to the announcement released on 22 July, the Company announces that it will hold an EGM on 28 August 2008 at 11 am to ask the shareholders to vote on the name change to Elephant Capital Plc.
The EGM will take place at the registered office of Promethean India; 3rd Floor, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JD.
Notice of the EGM will be posted to shareholders shortly.
