The Company confirms that it has convened an EGM to be held at the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG on 30 October 2008 at 10am to consider, and if thought fit, to pass a resolution to adopt new articles of association.
