Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') on Monday, 11 May 2009 at 80 Silverthorne Road, Battersea, London, SW8 3HE at 0900hrs.
Further to the announcement on 7 April 2009, the circular requisitioning the EGM has now been mailed to all shareholders.
