United Business Media plc Circular and Notice of EGM United Business Media plc announces that it has today posted a circular to itsshareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting for Monday 26 September2005 to approve two new long term incentive plans, the United Business MediaBonus Investment Plan and the United Business Media Performance Share Plan.These plans are being proposed following a review of senior executiveremuneration policy conducted by the remuneration committee as indicated in thecompany's 2004 Annual Report.
