Further to yesterday's full year results announcement, the Board has declared a final dividend of 21.3p per ordinary share, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting to be held on 18 May 2023.

 

If approved by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 19 June 2023 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 12 May 2023. The ex-dividend date for the 2022 final dividend is 11 May 2023. 

 

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan is available to ordinary shareholders and the final date for receipt of elections to participate is 26 May 2023.
