Notice of dividend payment for FY 2011

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) will make dividend payments for 2011 financial year via its agent - JSC Registrator R.O.S.T.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of RusHydro resolved to pay RUR 0.00789317 per share on June 29, 2012.

The payment of dividend will be executed within 60 days since the AGM.
