Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rates - 2011 Final Dividend

On 16 August 2011 Aquarius announced a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2011 of 4 US cents for all shareholders registered on Friday, 9 September 2011. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2011.

The currency conversion for Australian cents and British pence was based on the foreign currency exchange rates on the Record Date, 9 September 2011 and for South African cents on 25 August 2011. The following table details the currency exchange rates applicable for the dividend:
