Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate - 2019 Final Dividend
On 10 September 2019, Litigation Capital Management Limited (AIM:LIT) announced a final dividend of 0.828 cents (Australian) per share ("Final Dividend"). Shareholders on the Australian Register will receive their dividend payment in Australian Dollars ("AUD") and shareholders on the Guernsey Register and Depositary Interest holders will receive their dividend payment in Sterling ("GBP"), except if shareholders on the Guernsey Register elected for the dividend to be paid in AUD by way of the Company's Dividend Currency Election form.
Set out below is the currency exchange rate for shareholders who will receive the Final Dividend in GBP:

The dividend will be paid on 11 December 2019 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 14 November 2019.
