("MedicX Fund", "the Fund" or "the Company")
Notice of dividend and notification of results
The directors have approved a quarterly dividend of 1.3325p per ordinary share in respect of the period 1 July 2009 to 30 September 2009, making a total of 5.33p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 September 2009, an increase of 2.5% over the previous year. The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2009 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 4 December 2009.
The Board of Medicx Fund, (LSE: MXF), will announce its full year results on Tuesday, 8 December 2009.
