RESIGNATION OF MS. GENEVIEVE SANGUDI AND RETIREMENT OF CHIEF JOHN D. EDOZIEN FROM THE BOARD OF DIAMOND BANK PLC
We write to notify the Exchange that Ms. Genevieve Sangudi resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank with effect from March 24, 2017, while Chief John D. Edozien retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank with effect from April 30, 2017.
The resignation and retirement were accepted by the Board at its meeting held on Thursday 18th May, 2017.
