Notice of Directorate Change

 

St. Modwen Properties PLC announces that Rob Hudson, Chief Finance and Operations Officer, has advised the Board of his intention to leave St. Modwen in order to become CFO of Grainger plc. Rob has a 12-month notice period and will continue to carry out his role in full until a mutually agreed departure date.

 

The Board has now begun the formal process to appoint a successor and the Company looks forward to providing an update when appropriate.

 

Commenting on the announcement, Danuta Gray, Non-executive Chair of St. Modwen, said:
