NOTICE OF DELISTING

£2,298,000 Series 24 Covered Bonds due 2021 (ISIN XS0616897616) issued under the €35,000,000,000 global covered bond programme of the Issuer,

(the "Retained Notes")

Further to the announcement dated 17 December 2019, whereby the Issuer, as the holder of the Retained Notes, announced that a request for the delisting of the Retained Notes had been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, notice is hereby given that the Retained Notes will be delisted from the Official List from 20 January 2020.
